I understand that all stains cannot be completely removed. I understand that shrinkage is normal for some fabrics and that normal wear and tear will occur. Smart Wash Solutions will make sure my items are kept separate from other orders; they will wash in only cold water, using only detergent to minimize wear and damage; and dry clothes at a medium heat to minimize shrinkage.

Smart Wash Solutions reserves the right to refuse to clean delicate or damaged items which may be destroyed in the wash. Smart Wash Solutions may decline to stain treat select delicate or damaged items which could be destroyed by the process.
